Blowpipe Equipment 

Blowpipe darts are available in a range of sizes: 1ml and 3ml darts, for use with 11mm diameter blowpipe. 5 ml dart for use with 13mm diameter blowpipe. The needles are modified hypodermic needle which makes this system suitable for small animals like birds, monkeys and cats as well as larger species. Darts can also be injected by hand. Blowpipe darts and needles are not suitable for delivery with VARIO equipment. The blowpipes are tubes made of surface treated, special lightweight alloys. They are available in one meter and two meter lengths for short and long range use. Longer tubes are parabolically corrected (curved) for their length. A specially designed plastic mouthpiece facilitates the injection of air and can be replaced or disinfected according to your preferences. The one meter tube has a range of up to 8 meters, while the 2 meter tube has a range of up to 15 meters. Contact us for further information and prices.
